For example, it is difficult to take an exam preparation class in English, if you know only English alphabet. Regardless of the level of proficiency in particular language, in almost any school there is a suitable language course for you.
    • Which country to choose?
    • Follow your own interest and take into consideration financial capabilities. However, if you are required to have visa, evaluate the visa application process. Please, remember that language class abroad can be combined with vacation.
    • How to choose a city?
    • The school should be located in a city where you feel comfortable, given city's size, climate, prices and safety. As a rule, the way to school takes less time in small cities, however, leisure options are limited. The cost of living in large city is usually higher, but the entertainment options are much wider. The safety in small towns is better, however, not always and often it depends on the district.
    • How to choose a school?
    • Pay attention to school's accreditation - this is an indicator of quality and compliance with state and industry standards.
    • Check out photos, which will give you an idea about particular school: where classes are held, equipment, etc. Check out available language courses. Generally speaking, the more courses are provided by a language school, the more people you will meet while studying.
    • What language course do I need?
    • Follow your goals. The most popular course in any language school is general language course (General English, General Spanish, etc). As a rule, the general language course is divided into standard (20-25 lessons per week) and intensive (30 or more lessons per week). The general language course meet goals of most students to improve their language skills. Please note that the general language course can be combined with a few hours per week of another course (infividual lessons, exam preparation, specialized language, etc).
    • If you are looking for passing an international language exam (for example, IELTS, TOEFL), then choose an exam preparation course.
    • If you work and want to improve the level of professional language, then choose specialized courses, for example, English for finance, medical English, aviation English, etc.
    • If you want to combine vacation and learning a language, then choose a language course + sport, culinary art, yoga, surfing, etc.
    • Which housing option to choose?
    • As a rule, your choice would be between host family and residence/apartment options. Staying in a host family is usually more cost-effective because it includes meals. However, your trip to the school can be long and take up to 60 minutes in major cities (New York, London). Please, be prepared to accept family rules (for example, dinner time).
    • Staying in a residence or an apartment reflects independent lifestyle. However, the cost of such accommodation is usually equal or higher than staying in a host family, but doesn't include meals (or include for additional cost). The way to your school takes less time in comparison with home stay option. Anyway, residence and apartment options could be very different among schools located even in the same city. In addition, you may book an apartment or hotel independently.

      • It all depends solely on the discount that the school provides us.
      • Why not all schools quote prices?
      • It's true, not all courses on our website have prices. Potentially you may see the course description without an option to book it. Such a situation is possible when the school is not an official partner of LingoCourse and we do not have the right to accept reservations. Nevertheless, we consider it necessary to include information about the school in our service. You may find the course you need and can book directly on the school’s website.

Upon departure, the deposit will be returned.
            • Transfer

            • What is the benefit of ordering a transfer?
            • Transfer means that you will be met at the airport with a sign with your name and taken to your place of residence. The transfer fee is usually comparable with taxi. However, price for transfer is fixed and will not increase, even if you spent an extra hour in traffic.
              • Cancellation and refund

              • Can I make changes to the reservation after paying the deposit?
              • Depends on type of changes, but in any case, we advise you to report the planned changes immediately. Changes in booking (for example, an increase in the period of study) are associated with school constrains, for example, availability of place. If you want to cancel a reservation, please read the information below.
              • What if I want to cancel my reservation?
              • The cancellation policy is set by the language school. By making a reservation, you agree to the terms and conditions including cancellation and refund. The general cancellation policy is described on the page of language school with information related to specific language school and in the letter confirming the reservation. Generally, cancellation of booking means a penalty from the language school in accordance with the rules. If you cancel a reservation after the course has started, a penalty of the course fee will be charged.
              • What if I am denied a visa?
              • If your visa was denied, please notify us immediately at hello@lingocourse.com. • Contact Information

                • How to contact you? Can I come to your office?
                • The best way to contact us is to send an email or shoot a message on social networks. We respond quickly. Unfortunately, the office option will not work. Only developers work in our office in Moscow. The office is not intended for visitors. Unlike other educational agencies, we do not have a representative office in the expensive business area in Moscow, which allows us not to charge a fee and make our services as free for clients. In addition, many of our specialists work remotely, living in the main places for learning languages abroad, which allows us to offer the most detailed information from the countries of study to our students.
