General and Intensive Spanish courses in Spain
If you do not know what type of Spanish course in Spain to choose, then take a look at General Spanish. This is the most common course offered by the most language schools. The curriculum is built around the development of four key skills - reading, writing, listening and speaking.
You have a choice between 20 lessons or 30 lessons per week. General Spanish course can be combined with additional classes - individual lessons, Business Spanish and others.
Remember: if you are serious about studying Spanish, then choose an intensive course - from 30 lessons per week. Howewer, this choice has downsides: higher cost and less free time. The main difference between 20 lessons and 30 lessons is the amount of conversational practice: an intensive course focuses on active training in speaking.
One lesson usually lasts 45 minutes - an academic hour. That is, 20 lessons per week means 4 lessons per day from Monday to Friday - two lessons of 1.5 hours each.
