Courses
General English - 20 lessons per week
The goal of this General English course is to help students improve their overall English proficiency by providing them with many opportunities to read, write, listen, and speak the English language.
Important expressions and phrases used in daily life, as well as basic grammar, pronunciation, and language structure are all covered in the Adult General English course. As a result of welcoming environment for international students, Alpha know that students will keep up their English practice even when they're not in class.
Class time is structured in a way that allows students to participate in a variety of activities, from grammar and vocabulary exercises to more conversational activities like debates and role-playing.
General English - 30 lessons per week
All students' general English skills will be developed in this Adult General English course, which also provides lots of opportunities for students to practice speaking, writing, listening, and reading English in the classroom.
Along with key everyday English expressions and phrases, the Adult General English course includes general English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and language structure. Throughout their stay in Malta, students will continue to practice their English outside of the classroom thanks to international student culture in the classroom.
The course schedule is designed to give students a variety of learning experiences, including exercises on grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation in addition to general conversation activities like debates, discussions, and role-playing.
Business English - 20 lessons per week
University students who want to get a deeper understanding of business as well as executives, professionals, and entrepreneurs will find Business English Mini-group Course to be very beneficial.
With a limit of 8 students per mini-group, business lessons are designed to assist students in developing their business English in a range of contemporary, real-world commercial contexts.
The Business English course covers a variety of topics, such as reading and analyzing business texts, negotiating, participating in meetings, formal and informal writing, business presentations, developing telephone skills, and business terminology and expressions.
Individual English - 20 lessons per week
Students who want to drastically increase their English proficiency in a short period of time may consider enrolling in a private course like the One-to-One English Course.
Every student's unique language needs are addressed in a personalized One-to-One English course. English language learners have the freedom to select their preferred field of study, be it vocabulary, grammar, or conversational proficiency.
The best and most efficient way to learn English is with a one-on-one tutor. Alpha do a thorough needs analysis both before students come to Malta and on their first day at the School so that Alpha may tailor each student's curriculum to their specific need.
IELTS (International English Language Testing System) exam preparation course - 20 lessons per week
The one-to-one program is perfect for preparing for the IELTS exam. Students are given maximum attention, working through all possible problems and questions that may arise during the exam.
Alpha will be happy to help you prepare for IELTS.
Housing
There are sixteen rooms available at the family-run Alpha School Guesthouse. Air conditioning, mini-fridges, coffee/tea makers, private bathrooms, toilets, and free Wi-Fi are standard in every room at this guest house. Towels and bed linens are also supplied. You are also welcome to use the shared kitchen at the Alpha School Guesthouse to prepare your own meals, as there is no food provided.
Guests have access to a spacious rooftop terrace furnished with sun loungers and tables. There are plenty of places to unwind after a day of beachcombing or sightseeing, such as the third-floor lounge and the spacious reception room with a library.

- Light packed lunch supplement: 10 EUR per person per night.
- Dinner supplement (in a nearby restaurant) 18 EUR per person per night inclusive of ½ l. water or soft drink, or a glass of wine.
The Alpha School Guesthouse is a modest establishment that is owned by a family and has sixteen rooms. Air conditioning, a small refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities, free Wi-Fi, a private bathroom, and toilets are all complimentary amenities that are included in each and every room at the guest house. The provision of towels and bed linens is also included. There is also a shared kitchen available at the Alpha School Guesthouse, where guests can prepare their own meals (although food is not provided).
To accommodate guests, there is a sizable roof patio that is furnished with sun loungers and tables. Additionally, the lounge area located on the third floor as well as the huge reception zone, which includes a library, provide you with areas where you can unwind after spending the day at the beach or participating in sightseeing activities.

In order to provide language school, local attractions, and the nearby sandy beaches with convenient access, the majority of homestay accommodations are situated in the St. Paul's Bay region. Accommodation Department maintains tight relationships with hosts all year long and keeps homestay registry up-to-date. Alpha will make every effort to pair students with homes that are a good fit for them based on their specific preferences; in addition, Alpha have digital images of every property available. All hosts are inspected and visited on a regular basis by Accommodation Officer. To make sure they get to their homestay safely, students who book them in advance must also arrange for an airport shuttle.
- Full Board students receive a Continental breakfast (coffee/tea and/or milk and juice cereal + toast), a packed lunch consisting of 2 sandwiches (or rolls) with cheese/ham/tuna and salad, fruit and drink, plus a full dinner with the Host Family in the evenings.
