General English - 20 lessons per week

Housing
Host family (single room with breakfast)
By staying with a Maltese family, students may immerse themselves in the local culture and learn about its many facets through a homestay.
Accommodation in single rooms is an option for students.
The student will have ample space to store their belongings, a desk, a chair, excellent lighting, a mirror, and a trash can in each room. The host family will supply the students with bed linens and towels. They will also offer to wash their clothes once a week, and anything beyond that is up to them.
During their time with a host family, students will have the opportunity to utilize common spaces including the kitchen, dining room, and living room. However, it's important to note that not all students will have the opportunity to use the kitchen facilities, and each family will provide students with information about what they can use. The host family and you will share the bathrooms.
Host family (single room with half board)
Selecting a homestay gives students the exceptional chance to interact with and learn about a Maltese family's daily routine and all of the variety of Maltese culture.
One-room accommodations are an option for students.
A desk, chair, and adequate lighting are provided in every room, along with a waste paper bin and mirror. Students can utilize the desk and chair if they don't use the bedroom for studying. In addition to offering students one weekly laundry service, the host family also provides bed linens and towels; any additional cleaning is at the host family's discretion.
The common areas, including the dining room, lounge, and kitchen, are available to students while they are staying with a host family. However, most students are not permitted to use the culinary facilities, and each family will let the student know exactly what they can access in the kitchen. With the host family, bathrooms will be shared.

In a host family, students will have access to communal rooms including the lounge, dining area, and kitchen, but most will not be able to cook. Each family will inform students of their kitchen access. Bathrooms are shared with the host family.
Self-catering Shared Apartments (single room)
Sliema, St. Julian's, and Swieqi are three of the most vibrant towns in Malta, and they are also the most common locations for apartments. There is a wide variety of stores, restaurants, and entertainment options in these districts, and the vibe is very young. Those students who decide to stay here will have excellent connections to the tourist, cultural, and social life of Malta. The lengthy coastal promenade, which is bustling with people all hours of the day and night, and the beaches are never far away.
The apartment complex is no more than 30 minutes away on foot, or even shorter by bus.
The level of comfort in each of our shared apartments is standard. The apartments come with all the necessary appliances, such as a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, and kettle. Each unit also has its own living and dining space. For an extra fee, air conditioning can be installed in each bedroom as well. Each of our apartments can accommodate no more than eight students.
Self-catering Shared Apartments (double room)
The three most vibrant towns in Malta—Sliema, St. Julian's, and Swieqi—are where most of the apartments are located. Lots of great stores, restaurants, and entertainment options are located in these regions, which also offer a youthful vibe. Here, students will have easy access to all that Malta has to offer in terms of culture, social life, and tourism.
For the most enriching experience possible, we encourage you to immerse yourself in the EC community through our EC accommodation. By taking a twin roommate, you can meet new people and form new friendships. Rest and rejuvenation can be found in your EC home. It is crucial that you are at ease. We guarantee a minimum quality of comfort in all of our shared apartments. With a kitchen, living room, and dining area, these apartments are completely equipped with appliances like ovens, microwaves, stoves, refrigerators, freezers, toaster, and kettles.
Self-catering Shared Apartments (studio per 2 person)
Swieqi, St. Julian's, and Sliema are three of Malta's liveliest towns and are where most apartments can be found. The shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues in these districts are well-chosen, and the vibe is youthful. Well-connected to Malta's social, cultural, and tourism sectors are the students who choose to stay here. The broad seaside promenade, bustling with activity day and night, and beaches are never too far away. The maximum walking or bus travel time between apartments is thirty minutes.
Making the most of your trip means that you may fully integrate into the EC community with our EC accommodations. It is therefore crucial that you are at ease. We provide a standard degree of comfort in all of our shared apartments. Offering completely furnished apartments with a kitchen, living room, and dining area, these apartments come equipped with an oven, microwave, stove, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, and kettle. Every bedroom has air conditioning, albeit it costs extra.
Self-catering Campus Hub Residence (single room with shared bathroom)
On Msida, the main campus of the University of Malta, you'll find the Campus Hub residence. Living here is like getting a taste of college life in the area. Msida is a great spot to hang out after class because it is a bustling student town that thousands of students visit every day.
Features like as an onsite laundry room, parking, and a gym are just a few examples of how the Campus Hub residence halls prioritize comfort and privacy. The purpose of the common spaces is to foster social interaction. Every dorm room has a kitchen with plenty of counter space, a refrigerator, and a freezer, as well as a dining area and a breakfast zone, and a cozy lounge area with a Smart TV for all your screen sharing and streaming requirements.
