EC has highly qualified English teachers who are experienced and knowledgeable in their field. They use a variety of teaching methods to help students achieve their language learning goals. Students under 18 must:
- Book return airport transfers (if arriving and departing between 8pm - 8am)
- Provide a parental consent form
- Provide a custodianship letter, if requested by the Embassy
- Travel with parents or book single room*, halfboard homestay for the duration of their course (*You can book a twin room if two students travelling together are of the same gender)

General English - 26 lessons per week

Include 6 sessions of Special Focus and 20 lessons of General English in your weekly schedule. This academic plan is more demanding and leaves less time for extracurriculars than standart 20 lessons per week.
Intensive General English - 30 lessons per week
At EC Montreal, you will maximize your abilities and advance your level at a comfortable tempo.
You will acquire confidence while improving rapidly and effectively in speaking, listening, reading, and writing English if you are a student at any level between beginner and advanced.

Individual General English - 10 lessons per week
To optimize your success in the General English course, including one-on-one sessions. These one-on-one lessons are tailored by your professors to meet your needs and are entirely focused on your requirements.
Young Achievers English - 24 lessons per week
Anyone planning to take a year off after graduating from high school would benefit greatly from this programme. Among many other fields, students will learn about medicine, commerce, the arts, fashion, politics, and technology. The Young Achievers program consists of 24 weekly lessons, with 4 being Special Focus and the other 20 being General English.
In a positive, encouraging environment both in and out of class, our qualified instructors will help you grow as a language learner. Speaking with other students is a great way to practice conversational and interpersonal skills that will serve you well throughout your life.

Host family (self-catering, single room)
You may immerse yourself in Canadian culture while improving your English skills by staying with a local family. Homestays are popular among students because of the welcoming environment and the emotional support they provide.
In Canada, homestays are a great way to experience multiculturalism, as long as the host family speaks English. Montreal is a city where French and English are both spoken, so you have the option of staying with a family who speaks either language.
After vetting each house, we educate the family that will be hosting us. Our accommodation staff keeps a close eye on all homestays and is on hand 24/7 at the school in case you have any questions or concerns.

First, we train our host families and then we check each home. If you have any questions or concerns, our accommodation team is here 24/7 at the school to help you out. They also keep an eye on every homestay experience.

Situated in the very center of downtown Montreal, La Marq au 515 is within easy walking distance to EC Montreal. Steps away from you are trendy eateries, boutiques, and cafés, and you can reach the world-famous underground city and Metro station in no time.
The stunning home at 515 La Marq ière is a haven of contemporary design. Apartments come with three or five separate bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and Wi-Fi. All apartments have washers and dryers, and there is one bathroom for each level (one for 3-bedroom units and two for 5-bedroom units).
