More than 1,200 residences spread across 6 buildings make up Costa Verde Village. Choose a single room for your. There is a living area, a bedroom, a kitchen with all the appliances you could want (microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and sink included), and a bathroom in each home. Every bedroom is furnished with a bed, nightstand, lamp, and closet.
All it takes is a ten-minute stroll to reach a number of supermarkets, including Vons and Bristol Farms.

Costa Verde Shared Apartments (double room, shared bathroom)
La Jolla Village Square and the University Towne Centre (UTC) shopping complex are both within a short driving distance of Costa Verde Village.
With a total of six buildings, Costa Verde Village offers more than 1,200 units. Apartment has one bathroom that two students share. In addition to a bedroom, living room, and bathroom, each apartment also features a kitchen that is fully equipped with appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and sink. There is a bed, nightstand, lamp, and wardrobe in every bedroom.
Towels and bed linens are supplied, however students are asked to provide their own beach towels. Students are welcome to use the shared laundry facilities in each unit for no additional fee.
Just a short ten-minute stroll away are a plethora of supermarkets, including Vons and Bristol Farms.
