Exam preparation (FCE - First Certificate in English) - 30 lessons per week
Students at inlingua Malta have the added benefit of being able to prepare for and take their Cambridge exams on the same campus. This setup also guarantees that our instructors are familiar with the exam's structure, so they can better direct students in their preparation.
For your convenience, Cambridge Assessments are offered four times a year, in March, June, August, and December. A central location for many English as a Second Language (ESL) exams, inlingua Malta awards credentials that are recognized and acknowledged around the world. You can use our facility as a testing site and a study hub.
An FCE certificate verifies that the holder is proficient enough in the English language to work, study, or travel to a place where English is the primary medium of communication, or to enroll in a foreign language program.

- 8-week courses start on 22/01/2024, 8/04/2024 and 16/10/2024.
Exam preparation (CAE - Certificate in Advanced English) - 30 lessons per week
inlingua Malta is an official Cambridge Examination Centre, so students can study for and take their exams without having to travel to a different location. Having our instructors already familiar with the test's structure helps them better guide students as they get ready for it.
The Cambridge Assessments are spread out throughout the year at convenient intervals. There are many English tests that can be taken at inlingua Malta, and the results are internationally recognized.
CAE (Certificate in Advanced English) is an internationally recognised English language proficiency exam that assesses an individual’s ability to communicate effectively in English at a high level.

Exam preparation (IELTS - International English Language Testing System) - 30 lessons
With more and more universities in the United Kingdom and the United States requiring students to demonstrate proficiency in English, IELTS is becoming increasingly important. Certain SELT (Secure English Language Testing) facilities, such as Cambridge IELTS, are required by certain educational establishments.
This 30-hour intensive course in Malta will help you improve your General and Academic English language abilities as well as your test-taking tactics for the International English Language Testing System (IELTS).
Housing
Host family (single room with half board)
Host families are picked because of the warm and friendly environment they provide. Students who choose this path will have the unique opportunity to immerse themselves in Maltese culture. Both the seasoned traveler and the young student in need of secure lodging will find it an excellent option.
All of the licensed homes where we place students are within a 30-minute walk of the school and undergo an annual inspection to ensure they are in compliance with the standards set by the Malta Tourism Authority.

Sliema Self-Catering Sharing Apartments
The Sliema shared apartment option is ideal for adult students staying 4 weeks or longer and boasts everything that is required to have a long, comfortable stay. It is located just minutes from the school.
Student housing will consist of triple occupancy rooms with shared kitchen and bathroom. Laundry and air conditioning are standard in all flats.
Facilities include:
- Cleaning twice weekly
- Bed linen is provide and changed weekly, towels are provided
- Fully-equipped kitchen with microwave
- Iron and ironing board
- Accessibility to balconies

St. Julians Self-Catering Sharing Apartments
Student housing on a budget, conveniently located in the heart of St. Julian's, about 20 minutes by bus from campus. These shared flats are arranged around a spacious courtyard and offer complimentary WiFi throughout the building.
Each apartment has two bedrooms, each with its own ceiling fan; a living room; and a kitchenette with a stovetop, oven, microwave, and basic cooking utensils. Linens and bathroom towels are changed once every week. During peak times, you can also utilize the swimming pool.
Campus Hub - Twin cluster Apartments with Shared Bathroom
Our school is a 25-minute bus journey from the student town of Msida, where Campus Hub is located.
There are shared flats with twin rooms available for guests.
Each apartment has a kitchenette and a living space for residents to use at their leisure.
