LTL Language School Shanghai, China
LTL is quite proud of the educators. LTL School only hires experienced, industry-leading teachers.
This is the rationale for the stringent hiring procedures for teaching staff at LTL Mandarin School. A bachelor's or master's degree in "Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language" (对外汉语) is a prerequisite for all LTL teachers. They learn more about their own culture and how to teach the Chinese language to outsiders during this four-year program. They must also complete work experience internships and pass English language tests.
Teachers must also have completed at least two years of teaching experience at another school before beginning work at LTL. Before they sign the contract, they will next participate in a demonstration lesson and an interview.
LTL is proud of the deep ties between student and staff, teacher and student, and homestay and student. Students mean everything to LTL. Many students make lifelong friends in China.
Because students come from all backgrounds and speak different mother languages, they all want to learn about China and Mandarin Chinese.
School also have a weekly social calendar to help incoming students feel at home. LTL hosts Wednesday Night Social Dinners and weekend day trips, and everyone at the school has lunch together every day. You will definitely enjoy your education at LTL.
