Terms and Conditions

Lingocourse.com provides an online platform for convenient search and booking of language courses directly with language schools around the world. The contract is made directly between the student and the language school. All booking terms take place in accordance with the rules of the language school and for this reason may differ between schools. In case of any questions, the Lingocourse.com support service will answer the user’s questions before completing the booking.

Lingocourse.com is owned and operated by EDUMAPPLE DOO NOVI SAD. In view of local legislation in different countries, EDUMAPPLE DOO NOVI SAD has cooperation and representation agreements with the following companies, which have full authority to represent the interests of the Lingocourse.com portal and EDUMAPPLE DOO NOVI SAD, including accepting payments on Lingocourse.com, communicating with users, and performing other duties necessary to provide the services described on the site:

• Individual Entrepreneur Pukshanskaia Anna Vasilevna (Primary State Registration Number 320470400047712), territory of representation – Russia

1. Enrolment

1. Registration is carried out by submitting an online form on the site.

2. After checking availability, you will receive written confirmation from the school and an invoice.

3. Only after this the school is obliged to hold your place (no later than 10 days from the date of registration).

4. If you need a visa, we recommend submitting documents at least 8 weeks before the start of the course to allow time to obtain the necessary visa. In some cases, a longer review period may be required.

2. Scope and nature of our service – Contracting party

1. We provide a platform where you can compare and book language courses at the schools’ own prices.

2. The contract is concluded directly between you and the school: we only transmit data and forward booking confirmation in accordance with the school’s rules and conditions.

3. Our service is free for students: we do not charge any commissions over the school cost; all expenses are covered by the schools.

4. Information on the site reflects the official prices of language schools. In case of a discrepancy between the booking price and the actual service price at the time of booking, the client has the right either to refund the booking cost (minus commissions), or to change the booking to another language school while retaining the main booking parameters, or to pay the difference. Lingocourse.com makes efforts to ensure users see the current price; however, we cannot guarantee price accuracy for reasons beyond our control.

3. Change of Reservation

1. Each language school has its own rules for changing reservations. These features depend on both the country where the school is located and local consumer protection legislation, as well as the school’s specifics.

2. Most language schools offer the following change rules:

   • Free changes within 2 working days after booking confirmation.
   • Extension or upgrade of the package at the same school for free.
   • In all other cases, a fee of €50 for change applies.

3. If changes are made less than 30 days before the start of the language course, the school may add an additional fee, which the user must pay.

4. Changing school, reducing course duration or lowering booking cost is considered a cancellation and falls under the rules of section 4.

4. Cancellation

4.1. At the student’s initiative:

• Most schools have a “Free cancellation” policy — full refund if notified within the required number of days. Notification periods differ between schools but are usually at least 30 days. You can get more detailed information before booking by contacting the Lingocourse.com support specialists.

• For schools without “Free cancellation,” standard refund deadlines apply (minus the first payment/deposit):

  • 46+ days before start: 100% refund of course cost, excluding the first payment (deposit);
  • 31–45 days: 75% refund of course cost, excluding the first payment (deposit);
  • 16–30 days: 60% refund of course cost, excluding the first payment (deposit);
  • 1–15 days: 25% refund of course cost, excluding the first payment (deposit).

• The first payment (the so-called deposit paid on Lingocourse.com and counted towards the total course cost) and visa invitation shipping costs are non-refundable. No refunds are made after the course starts.

• We recommend taking out travel insurance: insurance will cover your costs if you need to cancel the language course for medical reasons.

• You may propose a replacement participant or postpone the course to another date to reduce or avoid fees. Lingocourse.com always offers alternative ways to complete language courses.

4.2. At the school’s initiative:

The school has the right to cancel the contract in case of typos, errors in prices or descriptions.

4.3. Visa refusal:

If the user is refused a visa with timely application, we will return all your payments minus an administrative fee up to €180 (per school rules). A visa refusal document at least 3 weeks before the course start is required for a refund.

To cancel, simply notify us via the contact form or reply to the booking confirmation email.

5. Privacy

1. All information and personal data are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

2. By using the site, you consent to the collection and processing of accurate data to fulfill the order.

6. Notice of Defects

1. If the quality of training or service does not meet expectations, immediately report it to the school management and request changes you believe will improve the service.

2. It is recommended to document the complaint in writing (e-mail or message in your personal account).

7. Passport, Visa, Customs, Currency and Health Instructions

1. You are responsible for obtaining your passport, visa, complying with customs regulations and having insurance.

2. For urgent dispatch of visa documents, the school may charge an additional fee.

3. Inform the school of any important medical contraindications and get necessary vaccinations. Lingocourse.com cannot be held responsible for medical contraindications you encounter during training (allergies, etc.).

8. Accommodation

1. The school selects and books accommodation — usually from the evening before the start of language courses until the morning after the course ends.

2. Additional nights are charged according to the school’s rates.

3. Preferences are taken into account but not guaranteed.

4. Any accommodation issues should be reported immediately to the school or us for prompt resolution.

9. Airport Transfer Service

1. If desired, you can order airport pick-up and transfer to the accommodation. Transfer cost is additional. You can book transfer on the site or after booking by contacting support.

2. Provide all flight information at least one week before arrival.

3. A return transfer can also be booked.

10. Minimum Group Size

If the group for your course is smaller than the minimum required, the school may replace group lessons with individual or mini-group lessons.

11. General School Regulations; Public Holidays

• All changes and additional services are formalized in writing (e-mail).
• Excursions, materials, etc. are paid separately unless otherwise noted.
• There are no lessons on weekends and public holidays; absences are not compensated.
• Force majeure (strikes, emergencies, schedule changes) does not give the right to compensation.

12. Prices

1. Prices are indicated in the school’s local currency without markups — these are the official minimum rates.

2. Currency conversion on the site is for reference and depends on daily exchange rates and payment method rates. Lingocourse.com does not influence exchange rates.

3. The school is responsible for price accuracy until you confirm your booking.

13. Use of site

• Site content is available only for personal and non-commercial use.
• Copying, scraping, mirroring or other data extraction without permission is prohibited.

14. Insurance

1. Valid medical insurance is required for the course period.

2. If you have no coverage abroad, you can arrange insurance through us when booking.

15. Online Dispute Resolution

EU citizens can apply on the European Commission’s platform for out-of-court dispute resolution for online sales contracts.

  • force majeure, cancellations, course changes, injuries, etc.;
  • site malfunctions.
• All claims should be made directly to the school or accommodation provider; we are not the service provider.

20. Jurisdiction and dispute resolution

1. These terms are governed by the laws of Serbia.
2. Disputes are settled in the courts of Novi Sad, Serbia (unless consumer law requires otherwise).
